…Because the patriarchy isn’t going to fix itself.
In 2019 we set out to change business for good. We “finished” our first gray paper “(Wo)manifesto: Leading with Purpose” in December 2019. The research was a moment in time, noting the progress, or lack thereof, towards an inclusive economy. We explored what still needed to change to make things “work” for everyone. 3 months later, work, and the world changed, for everyone. The need for economic justice and new business management remains.
The good news? Once we know better, we can do better to create a Social and Solidarity Economy that includes us all.

Our deep analysis of gender and racial disparities in business from academics and culture critics alike makes for an accessible and engaging read for anyone sick of BAU (Business as Usual).
With over 240 citations, (the majority of which came from current events articles), open source SDG reports, and large scale data sets exploring workplace inequality, “Womanifesto” exposes business B.S. to change management.
